Marine Raider Boat Challenge – WWII Edition. For anyone that has had the privilege of meeting a WWII Raider, it’s a life-changing experience. These men are some of the most humble legends that you will find. One of the things they look forward to every year is the Raider reunion, an opportunity to link up the old and the new together to take part in celebrating and understanding what it REALLY means to be a Raider, from both sides. This is why we are dedicating our efforts during the Marine Raider Boat Challenge to raising funds necessary to support this year’s Reunion. The Marine Raider Boat Challenge will run on July 22nd, 2018 within San Clemente’s Ocean Festival. This Challenge will consist of eight (8) six (6) man boat teams facing off in a March Madness-style tournament, with 8 total races.
From the Course Map: #1 – Teams start race here, #2 – Boat staging point, #3 – Man overboard / Flip & Re-Flip Boat (broach), and #4 is finish line.

The most important thing isn’t always what you do but why you choose to do it. We chose to create the Marine Raider Challenge to facilitate competition, camaraderie, and give back to the communities that we were so fortunate to have been a part of.
The Marine Raider Challenge is a 501c3 non-profit organization (EIN 84-2042764). After each event, money we raise will go to a SOF charity of our choice. At the first Marine Raider Challenge, we raised over $75k to support Special Operations Charities.
